DIY Joy Word Art
This weekend I made a very quick and simple, yet sweet, word art thingy ma-jig (I’m really not sure what to call it!). I then hung it in the empty frame I shared earlier here.
First step was to cut out the letters. I simply drew the letters on pieces of card stock and cut them out free hand.
Next, I sprayed them with spray adhesive, but you can use any glue, and sprinkled with glitter!
Finally, I glued them onto a piece of ribbon and tied it into the empty frame.
This was a very simple way to bring a bit of Christmas into a small corner of my room. And because of the versatile empty frame, whenever I feel a need for a change it will only take a quick second to swap it out for something new!

Ahh! My mom would love this. She’s on a major glitter kick right now. Good project. :D
I’m on a bit of a glitter kick too. That and spray painting! :)
Oh I love this! So simple and pretty and of course I can’t resist a bit of glitter!
Such a sweet idea for a holiday garland. I love DIY, lol if only I had more time! From Brooklyn with love ~jen
I wish I had more time too! So I keep DIYs quick and simple.
