DIY Friday: Paper Covered Journal
It’s Friday! And I have another fun DIY!
My Grandma gave me an old journal that she was just going to throw away. I thought that a little paper and some other supplies could really dress it up!
You will need,
journal,
pretty, patterned paper,
thin cardboard,
spray adhesive,
mod podge glue,
scissors,
paint brush,
ribbon (optional).
Step 1: Cut the cardboard to a size that would fit around the journal.
Step 2: Crease two folds at the middle so that it bends smoothly around the binding.
Step 3: Cut the pattered paper to your desired size. Using spray adhesive, spray the paper and position it along the outside of the cardboard. Fold extra paper over the edge. Thoroughly press paper down.
Step 4: Glue the cover onto the journal. Then seal the whole cover with mod podge glue.
Allow to dry well before using!

I am having trouble seeing some of your images. Probably a problem at my end but I could see the final product and it turned out fabulously. Thanks for linking up to Motivated Monday at beColorful
